We offer a fully computerized cutting service, which ensures speed, accuracy and enables us to increase usage efficiency and ultimately offer excellent cut work panels. This achieved through our automated cutting room, which uses computerized Gerber cutting technology for both software and 2 Gerber cutting machines. Our cutting team are highly skilled and the manager himself has over 30 years experience and achieves extremely efficient markers saving our customers fabric that ensures UK manufacturing remains competitive and affordable via efficiencies during manufacturing.

 

All incoming fabric is placed into quarantine and only positively released into the factory for cutting after it passes our four-point inspection procedure. Our inspection procedure ensures all fabric used is of a consistent quality. All per-production pilot runs are checked against customer measurement charts and any out of tolerance measurements are digitally altered before bulk production begins. Shading is a key concern and is closely monitored by experienced laying staff.
