Quality Control

"Factory Management endeavours to ensure that operatives are suitably trained to maintain standards required."

At Basic Premier we have a strict quality control policy to ensure we deliver quality products on all orders. Quality is constantly checked from the point at which the fabric enters the factory to the point the finished garment is ready in the metal free warehouse for collection. Our own quality control department monitor the quality during all stages of production, and our highly skilled staff continually check quality as they are handling the garments. Staff are retrained regularly to the standards expected by our customers, especially on new fabrics and sewing techniques. Any rejected garments are stored in a quarantine area and are usually sent back to the customer. The final stage of our Quality Control is to perform an AQL inspection of the order and only when the AQL report has been received and approved will the order be authorized for loading.
